You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date. Refunds are only available to students who can demonstrate that they have actively engaged with the program and completed assigned materials ('Proof of Work').
To qualify for a refund, you must submit:
- Evidence of completed program modules, assignments, or exercises.
- A written explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- You have not provided Proof of Work.
- You purchased the program with the intent to copy, download, or misuse program materials.
If you enrolled with a payment plan, refund eligibility applies to the initial payment only. Future scheduled payments will be canceled once the refund is approved. You remain responsible for any overdue or declined payments prior to the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
No partial refunds will be issued beyond the terms stated.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, consistent with the Disclaimer, Arbitration Agreement, and Terms & Conditions
