Full Earnings, Liability, Legal Disclaimer & Arbitration Agreement

Every effort has been made to accurately represent all programs and the educational value they provide. However, there is no guarantee that you will earn income, obtain employment, or achieve specific results as a result of participating in any of these programs.

Program Access

By enrolling in the Paralegal HYVE Apprenticeship, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the training materials, coaching, and resources for your personal educational use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All program content, including but not limited to text, documents, templates, videos, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Walker Legal Resources LLC and Paralegal HYVE USA and all affiliated entities. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display is prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.

Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full tuition for the program based on the payment option you select at checkout (one-time or installment plan).
- If you choose an installment plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method according to the agreed schedule.
- Missed or declined payments may result in suspension of program access until payments are current.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase, subject to proof of work completed. Refund requests beyond this period will not be honored. Full details are provided in the Refund Policy section of the checkout page.

No Guarantees

Participation in this program does not guarantee income, employment, or specific results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, skills, and external conditions.

Prohibited Conduct

By enrolling, you agree not to:
- Use the program to engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activity.
- Misrepresent yourself as a licensed attorney or legal practitioner.
- Harass, abuse, or disrupt the learning experience of other participants.
- Share your login credentials with others.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the program without refund if you violate these Terms & Conditions, misuse program content, or engage in behavior detrimental to the community.

Governing Law

Assumption of Risk: Your results will depend on a variety of factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Your skills, prior experience, and level of education.
Your effort, consistency, and ability to implement the training provided.
Your financial condition and resources.
Your access to opportunities within your local market.
Hiring demand and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.
Changes in the legal industry and applicable state or federal laws.

By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that:

Participation in this program does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
We do not guarantee any level of income, employment, or professional success.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
Any reliance on the information provided is undertaken at your own risk.

Warranties: Subject to our Refund Policy, we provide all program materials, coaching, and training content strictly on an “as-is” basis, without any express or implied warranties. We expressly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walker Legal Resources LLC and its Apprenticeship Program, Walker Legal Academy, Paralegal HYVE USA, Paralegal HYVE Apprenticeship, and all affiliated entities, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with your participation in this program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Governing Law: This program, its terms, and all disputes arising from your participation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Arbitration Agreement

By enrolling in the Paralegal HYVE Apprenticeship, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this program, including but not limited to these Terms, the Disclaimer, or your participation, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.

Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Action:
You understand and agree that you are waiving your right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.

Arbitration Rules:

Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and, where applicable, its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas, or via virtual/remote proceedings, at the sole discretion of Walker Legal Resources LLC.
Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Scope of Arbitrability:
The arbitrator shall have the exclusive authority to resolve any and all disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this Agreement, including any claim that all or part of this Agreement is void or voidable.

Enforcement:
The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.

Communications between you and Walker Legal Resources are protected by our Privacy Policy but not by any attorney-client privilege or attorney work product unless otherwise permitted by law.
Walker Legal Resources LLC provides access to self-help services at your specific direction.
We are not a law firm or a substitute for an attorney or law firm.
We cannot provide any kind of advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms or strategies.
