My Heart Has Been Broken All My Life... It's Time For Healing

Please let me preface this post by saying it gets difficult for every human on the face of the earth regardless of ethnicity or gender. I really get this.

However, African American males have a double whammy. We have been intentionally damaged by societal norms mercilessly imposed upon us.

We have been made to be sick mentally as well as physically.
